Abstract

Sosialisasi Implementasi Maqosidus syar’iyyah terhadap pengasuhan anak pada keluarga miskin Desa Ciranggon bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip maqosidus syar’iyyah dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pengasuhan, terutama di lingkungan yang memiliki keterbatasan ekonomi.Keluarga miskin sering menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan pengasuhan yang berkualitas. Maqasidus syariyyah, yang menekankan pada tujuan hukum Islam untuk mencapai kemaslahatan, menjadi relevan sebagai pedoman dalam pengasuhan anak. Pengabdian ini berfokus pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan di kalangan keluarga miskin yang ada di Desa tegalsawah.Dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi yang akan dilakukan, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ceramah sebagai pemaparan teori tentang Implementasi maqosidus syar’iyyah terhadap pengasuhan anak pada keluarga miskin desa ciranggon.Adapun Diskusi dan tanya jawab pun dilakukan saat sosisalisasi sehingga peserta dapat menyampaikan dan menjawab bagaimana Implementasi maqosidus syar’iyyah dalam pengasuhan anak.
