Abstract

Pendahuluan: Industri farmasi merupakan salah satu industri yang sedang mengalami perkembangan pesat di Indonesia.Namun pada kegiataan produksi perusahaan perusahaan menghasilkan limbah cair yang berbahaya dan beracun.Salah satu sumber pencemaran yang mungkin dan komponen penting dari industri farmasi, air limbah industri farmasi harus diolah sebelum dibuang ke badan air. Tujuan: Dengan mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif pengolahan limbah cair dan seberapa sesuai aspeknya. Metode:penelitian mecakupi pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil: pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi,observasi dan wawancara tidak secara terstruktur. Kesimpulan: pentingnya memperbaiki dan menyesuaikan sistem pengolahan limbah cair dalam industri farmasi. Hal ini sangat penting untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku dan mencegah pencemaran lingkungan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa saat industri farmasi berkembang, diperlukan inovasi dan investasi lebih lanjut dalam teknologi pengolahan limbah serta pengawasan yang lebih ketat untuk menjaga kualitas lingkungan.
