Abstract

Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Peradilan Semu adalah sebuah organisasi di bawah STIH Biak Papua yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa/anggota UKM dalam pemahaman Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) melalui kegiatan di luar kelas, seperti diskusi, seminar, dan aktivitas lainnya. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran singkat tentang kegiatan UKM Peradilan Semu di lingkungan STIH Biak Papua terkait dengan peradilan semu. Kegiatan diawali dengan pembukaan yang dibuka oleh moderator dan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan ceramah yang dipandu oleh narasumber terkait tindak pidana dan pertanggungjawaban pidana. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, mahasiswa dapat memperoleh pemahaman dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengumpulkan dan mengelola informasi seputar perkembangan hukum terkini. Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan di bidang hukum perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan agar dapat menghasilkan praktisi dan akademisi yang kompeten di masa depan. Dalam hal ini, kegiatan UKM Peradilan Semu dapat dijadikan referensi bagi mahasiswa yang ingin mengembangkan kemampuan di bidang hukum.
