PERUBAHAN HAK CIPTA KARYA SENI FOTOGRAFI PADA ERA AI

Introduction

Perubahan hak cipta karya seni fotografi pada era ai. Mengkaji perubahan hak cipta karya seni fotografi di era AI. AI tak dapat dihak ciptakan, namun foto buatan manusia dengan AI sebagai alat tetap berpeluang HAKI.

Abstract

Revolusi industri dengan cepat mempengaruhi setiap aspek kehidupan manusia melalui berbagai inovasi dan perkembangan teknologi. Fotografi adalah hasil inovasi dan perkembangan teknologi tersebut, dan juga merupakan salah satu media visual yang memberi daya tarik sendiri bagi manusia zaman sekarang. Dewasa ini muncul teknologi baru yang disebut AI. Dengan adanya berbagai perkembangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi AI, hukum tentunya akan perlu beradaptasi. Termasuk dalam perubahan hak cipta seni karya Fotografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perubahan hak cipta karya seni Fotografi pada era AI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni teknik dokumentasi dan teknik kepustakaan. Data berupa informasi tentang perubahan, dampak, dan hak cipta karya seni fotografi pada era AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa AI tidak dapat dihak ciptakan, tetapi karya seni Fotografi yang menggunakan AI sebagai alat atau media untuk memperbagus tampilan gambar foto masih memungkinkan memperoleh HAKI, karena karya seni fotografi tetap menjadi karya manusia yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi AI.
