Abstract

Abstrak: Sistem pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di Hotel De Java masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam proses penggajian, pemotongan gaji akibat cuti, serta pendataan jumlah karyawan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website Human Resources (HR) yang dapat membantu bagian HR dalam mengelola data karyawan secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall, mulai dari tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, hingga pengujian. Website ini memungkinkan manajemen untuk mencatat data lengkap seluruh karyawan, baik yang aktif maupun yang telah resign. Selain itu, sistem juga secara otomatis menghitung pemotongan gaji apabila karyawan mengambil cuti lebih dari 12 kali dalam setahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mempermudah pengelolaan data karyawan serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi HR di Hotel De Java.
