Kopi adalah salah satu komoditas ekspor utama Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Kemurnian kopi bubuk sangat penting untuk memastikan kualitas dan rasa yang konsisten. Proses pengujian kemurnian kopi yang dilakukan secara manual seringkali memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pendeteksi kemurnian kopi bubuk menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor-sensor canggih yang terhubung ke perangkat IoT untuk mengukur berbagai parameter terkait kemurnian kopi. Data yang dikumpulkan oleh sensor-sensor ini dikirimkan melalui jaringan nirkabel ke platform pengolah data di cloud untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Dengan menggunakan teknologi IoT, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam menentukan kemurnian kopi bubuk, sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk kopi.
