Abstract

Wahana Satu Propertindo yang bergerak di bidang properti telah menciptakan beberapa hunian yang mewujudkan rumah impian banyak orang. Di balik keberhasilan perusahaan ini ternyata memiliki masalah yang cukup kompleks terutama di divisi gudang yang meliputi bagian pengadaan, admin gudang, dan manajer produksi. Masalah yang sering terjadi adalah ketidaksesuaian dalam pencatatan data barang masuk ataupun barang keluar, hingga terjadilah hambatan karena jumlah barangnya tidak sesuai dengan catatan yang ada.Hasil dari pembuatan aplikasi Administrasi Gudang telah menunjukkan peningkatan dalam pendataan stok akhir dan berhasil meminimalisir kesalahan jumlah stok akhir. Penerapan sistem ini juga mempengaruhi beberapa aspek lainnya seperti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, pemangkasan waktu, dan mempererat kerja sama tim
