Abstract

Mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 159 Tahun 2004 tentang Pedoman Organisasi Kelurahan, kelurahan terdiri dari lurah, sekretaris kelurahan dan seksi sebanyak-banyaknya empat seksi, serta jabatan fungsional.Berdasarkan Keputusan tersebut, salah satu seksinya adalah lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat kelurahan (LPMK). Tim PKM Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang berminat guna membantu pemerintah dalam hal ini adalah LPMK Kelurahan melalui edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tugas dan fungsi LPMK pada tatanan pemerintah terkecil di tingkat desa dan upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pilihan usaha mandiri yang dapat dilakukan sebagai bentuk hasil kinerja LPMK sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, khususnya bagi warga kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon. Kegiatan PKM ini memiliki luaran berupa publikasi media massa (https://jateng.tribunnews.com/2023/11/02/sukseskan-program-kerja-lpmk-dosen-fakultas-ekonomi-usm-berikan-penyuluhan), publikasi jurnal pengabdian TEMATIK dan HKI berupa video yang sudah diupload di youtube (https://youtu.be/l5Bv_7x5ifU).

Its strengths lie in its clear alignment with national regulations, its direct application of knowledge for community benefit, and its diverse dissemination strategy. For future scholarly publications, it would be beneficial to elaborate further on the specific theoretical framework guiding the intervention, the challenges encountered during implementation, and a more robust evaluation of the program's actual impact on community welfare and the operational effectiveness of LPMK beyond the initial outputs. Such additions would enhance the academic rigor and provide deeper insights for other institutions aiming to replicate or adapt similar community service models.
