This study, "Peran Kepemimpinan Visioner Dalam Optimalisasi Skill Di Lembaga Pendidikan Vokasi: Studi Kasus Di Akademi Komunitas Darussalam," addresses a highly pertinent issue: the impact of visionary leadership on skill optimization within vocational education institutions. The research, focused on the Darussalam Community Academy, clearly outlines its objective to understand how leaders with a long-term vision craft skill development strategies that align with dynamic industry and job market demands. Employing a qualitative case study methodology, involving interviews and field observations, the approach appears appropriate for a deep exploration of leadership dynamics within a specific educational context, offering valuable insights into a critical aspect of vocational training. The abstract effectively highlights the significant contributions of this research. It details how visionary leadership contributes substantially to climate transformation, fosters increased collaboration with industry, and creates an adaptive, future-oriented learning ecosystem. The study aptly identifies visionary leaders not just as innovators but also as catalysts in cultivating a productive and collaborative work culture. These findings strongly support the central argument that a robust and strategic leadership vision is instrumental in elevating the quality of vocational graduates, making them competent, relevant, and competitive in the global workforce. The emphasis on practical outcomes underscores the study's immediate relevance for policy and practice in vocational education. While the abstract provides a compelling overview, the full paper would benefit from further elucidation on certain aspects to enhance its scholarly contribution. For instance, a more detailed discussion on the specific metrics or qualitative indicators used to assess "skill optimization" and "graduate quality" would strengthen the empirical claims. Additionally, exploring any potential challenges or obstacles encountered by the visionary leadership at Darussalam Community Academy, and how these were navigated, could provide a more nuanced understanding of the leadership process. Nevertheless, this study makes an important contribution to the literature on vocational education leadership, offering valuable insights into the transformative potential of strategic vision in preparing a skilled and adaptable workforce.
