Penguatan administrasi logistik tni ad dalam rangka asta cita menuju indonesia emas 2045. Perkuat logistik TNI AD: pilar strategis menuju Indonesia Emas 2045. Atasi tantangan teknologi, SDM dengan digitalisasi, integrasi & praktik terbaik NATO demi pertahanan efektif.
The logistics administration of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) is a strategic pillar that supports combat readiness, the effectiveness of military operations, and the sustainability of national defense development. In the context of achieving Asta Cita toward Golden Indonesia 2045, strengthening logistics administration is an urgent necessity. This study aims to analyze the current conditions, challenges, and strategies for strengthening TNI AD logistics administration using a literature review method. Data were collected from primary sources, such as official TNI AD documents, laws, and national policies, as well as secondary sources, including books, national and international journals, and research reports. Data analysis employed Miles and Huberman’s interactive model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validation conducted via source triangulation. The findings indicate that TNI AD logistics administration faces challenges related to technology, organizational structure, human resource competence, and strategic environmental dynamics. Strengthening strategies include digitalizing logistics systems, enhancing transparency and accountability, developing technology-adaptive human resources, and integrating logistics across military branches and government institutions. The relevance of logistics strengthening to Asta Cita lies in the development of superior human resources, infrastructure modernization, and governance reform. By adopting best practices from NATO, the United States, and Singapore, TNI AD can accelerate logistics modernization and contribute to realizing Golden Indonesia 2045.
This study, titled "Strengthening Indonesian Army Logistics Administration in the Context of Asta Cita Towards Golden Indonesia 2045," addresses a critical strategic area for national defense and development. The abstract effectively positions the logistics administration of the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) as a foundational pillar for combat readiness, operational effectiveness, and the broader sustainability of national defense. The paper's ambition to analyze current conditions, challenges, and strategies for strengthening TNI AD logistics within the framework of "Asta Cita" and the long-term vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045" underscores its timely and significant relevance to national security policy and military modernization efforts. The methodology employed, described as a literature review, draws comprehensively from both primary sources—including official TNI AD documents, laws, and national policies—and secondary sources such as books and national/international journals. The use of Miles and Huberman's interactive model for data analysis, involving data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, combined with source triangulation for validation, suggests a systematic approach to synthesizing information. The findings highlight pertinent challenges facing TNI AD logistics administration, ranging from technological gaps and organizational structure inefficiencies to human resource competence and dynamic strategic environmental factors. In response, the proposed strategies for strengthening are forward-looking, emphasizing digitalization, enhanced transparency and accountability, adaptive human resource development, and multi-branch/inter-institutional integration, aligning well with modern defense logistics paradigms. The paper makes a valuable contribution by connecting logistics strengthening directly to the "Asta Cita" objectives of human resource development, infrastructure modernization, and governance reform, thereby articulating its broader national impact. The inclusion of benchmarking against best practices from NATO, the United States, and Singapore provides a practical roadmap for accelerating modernization efforts, demonstrating an awareness of international standards and potential pathways for improvement. While the reliance on a literature review is appropriate for synthesizing existing knowledge and policy, future empirical work, perhaps incorporating direct stakeholder interviews or case studies, could further validate the proposed strategies and offer deeper insights into implementation challenges and successes within the TNI AD context. Overall, this study offers a robust analytical framework and strategic recommendations for a vital aspect of Indonesia's defense future.
