Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif media dalam meningkatkan rasa antusias dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Plered Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) dan model ADDIE dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran. Hasil validasi ahli media terhadap seluruh aspek yang dinilai diperoleh persentase sebesar 84% masuk dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Sedangkan hasil validasi ahli materi terhadap seluruh aspek yang dinilai diperoleh persentase sebesar 90% termasuk dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Selain itu, media pembelajaran pop-up book digital pada materi teks naratif dapat dijadikan sebagai upaya dalam menarik perhatian dan rasa antusias siswa dalam kegiatan belajar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Plered dalam pembelajaran materi unsur-unsur teks naratif. The purpose of this study was to produce a learning media product that can be used as an alternative media in increasing students' enthusiasm and understanding in learning Indonesian. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Plered, Cirebon Regency. This study used the research and development (R&D) method and the ADDIE model in developing learning media. The results of the media expert validation of all aspects assessed obtained a percentage of 84% included in the "Very Eligible" criteria. In addition, digital pop-up book learning media on narrative text material can be used as an effort to attract students' attention and enthusiasm in learning activities, so that it can improve the understanding of class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Plered in learning the elements of narrative text.

The abstract confidently asserts the media's potential to attract student attention and enthusiasm, thereby fostering improved comprehension of narrative text elements among the target student group. In conclusion, this study successfully developed and validated a digital pop-up book media with significant potential to serve as an engaging and effective learning tool for narrative text material. The high expert validation percentages underscore the quality and suitability of the developed product. This digital pop-up book offers a promising alternative for educators seeking to boost student engagement and comprehension in Indonesian language classes. Future work could beneficially extend to empirical studies measuring the direct impact on student learning outcomes and exploring the broader applicability and scalability of this media in other educational settings.
