Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok menggunakan pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy kepada gen Z terhadap perilaku berpacaran di SMAN 18 Medan. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental dengan menggunakan One Grup Design Pre-Test Post-Test. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang siswa kelas X yang memiliki skor perilaku berpacaran tinggi. Instrument yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku pacaran. Instrument diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok. data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat adakah pengaruh signifikan pemberian layanan konseling kelompok pendekatan cognitive behavioral therapy terhadap perilaku berpacaran pada siswa. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa hasil awal (pre-test) pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh rata-rata = 173,33 sedangkan data post-test diperoleh rata-rata = 95,66. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa uji jenjang Wilcoxon diperoleh Jhitung= 3 sedangkan Jtabel= 0. Jhitung > Jtabel dimana 3 > 0, dari perhitungan ini dapat dilihat perlakuan pada kelompok eskperimen artinya hipotesis yang berbunyi ada pengaruh signifikan pemberian layanan konseling kelompok pendekatan cognitive behavioral therapy terhadap perilaku berpacaran pada gen z di SMA Negeri 18 Medan dapat diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari pemberian layanan konseling kelompok melalui pendekatan cognitive behavioral therapy terhadap perilaku berpacaran.
