Abstract

STIH Biak Papua mengatasi peningkatan kasus kejahatan yang terkait dengan penggunaan media sosial, terutama di kalangan remaja, dengan melakukan kegiatan layanan masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan kepada anggota muda Karang Taruna Kel. Brambaken, Kec. Samofa, tentang aturan larangan yang dijelaskan dalam Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) dan pertimbangan etis saat menggunakan media sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi interaktif, peserta akan diberikan informasi tentang penggunaan media sosial yang aman dan bijak. Dengan memberdayakan individu muda untuk menggunakan media sosial secara positif, efektif, dan aman, program ini berharap dapat mencegah konsekuensi negatif dan kegiatan kriminal yang dapat melanggar Undang-Undang ITE.
