Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai Islam amanah, ihsan, dan maslahah sebagai pilar utama Manajemen Sumber Daya Insani Islam (MSDI). Ketiga nilai ini sangat penting untuk membentuk sistem kerja yang tidak hanya produktif secara material, tetapi juga berkelanjutan secara moral dan spiritual. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur, penelitian ini menyelidiki berbagai literatur tentang konsep-konsep nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks organisasi, pendidikan, dan pendidikan, serta organisasi dan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa amanah berfungsi sebagai landasan moral dan tanggung jawab individu, ihsan sebagai pendorong kualitas dan profesionalisme, dan maslahah menjadi tujuan akhir, yang merupakan keuntungan bagi individu, organisasi, dan masyarakat. Dengan kombinasi ketiganya, sistem manajemen yang adil, beretika, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan bersama dapat dibangun. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan bahwa MSDI yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam akan menjadi model pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkelanjutan di era kontemporer.
