Introduction

Intertekstualitas syahrur:studi kasus pada konsep aurat. Jelajahi intertekstualitas Syahrur dalam menafsirkan konsep aurat pada Al-Qur'an (QS an-Nuur: 31 & al-Ahzab: 59). Temukan pandangannya tentang aurat yang fleksibel, adaptif, dan terkait rasa malu serta keamanan sosial.

Abstract

Selain pendekatan Bahasa, Syahrur melakukan teknik yang berbeda ketika menafsirkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang ia sebut dengan teknik tartil, yang dapat diidentikkan dengan intertekstualitas. Intertekstualitas diadobsi dari istilah intertekstualitas yang berarti hubungan antara sebuah teks tertentu dengan teks yang lain. Intertekstualitas adalah mengumpulkan dan mengurutkan ayat-ayat yang setema kemudian merunutkan beberapa ayat di belakang ayat yang lain untuk menemukan sebuah konsep pemahaman komprehensif. Sekilas, metode ini mirip dengan metode tematik (maud}u>’i). Melalui pendekatan analisis ini, terlihat bahwa ada dua ayat dalam Al-Qur’an yang oleh Syahrur diotak-atik yaitu QS an-Nuur: 31 dan QS al-Ahzab: 59., bagaimana model pengaplikasian intertekstualitas -nya terhadap Q.S. an-Nur ayat 31, Syahrur menyimpulkan bahwa aurat tidak ada hubungannya dengan halal dan haram dan aurat dapat berubah sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan masyarakat tersebut. Menurut Shahrur, aurat berasal dari konsep malu (alh}aya’). Rasa malu ini relatif, dinamis (flexible) dan bersifat adaptif. Sedangkan Q.S. al-Ahzab: 59 Syahrur memandang ayat ini bukan ayat yang mengandung hudūd; melainkan ayat yang mengandung ajaran yang bersifat informatif. Artinya karena terkait dengan tujuan keamanan, Oleh karena itu seorang perempuan hendaknya mengenakan pakaian sesuai dengan kebiasaan yang berlaku di masyarakatnya. Sehingga ia tidak menjadi sasaran celaan dan gangguan dari orang-orang. Jika ia tidak melakukan hal itu, maka ia akan mendapatkan gangguan social.
