Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan informasi dengan teknik behavioral contract dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Stabat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 36 siswa kelas XI TB1 yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kedisiplinan dengan skala Likert sebanyak 25 butir pernyataan yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,958). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara skor kedisiplinan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dengan nilai Z = -5,197 dan sig. 0,000 (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, layanan informasi yang dipadukan dengan teknik behavioral contract terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa.

Additionally, a brief elaboration on the specific content and delivery of the "layanan informasi" component would enrich the understanding of the intervention's precise nature. Despite this limitation, the study offers valuable preliminary evidence for a potentially effective strategy in fostering student discipline.
