Hubungan Pola Asuh Orang Tua Dengan Ketergantungan Penggunaan Gadget Pada Anak Usia Prasekolah TK Taman Buah 1 & 2

Introduction

Hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan ketergantungan penggunaan gadget pada anak usia prasekolah tk taman buah 1 & 2. Kaji hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan ketergantungan gadget pada anak prasekolah di Tangerang. Mayoritas anak (62.2%) alami ketergantungan, pentingnya pola asuh tepat ditekankan.

Abstract

Usia pra sekolah merupakan masa kritis bagi perkembangan anak dimana pada masa ini anak mampu menerima informasi dan menyerap ilmu pengetahuan dari berbagai media salah satunya melalui teknologi gadget Banyak manfaat positif yang diperoleh dari penggunaan gadget,namun penggunaan gadget secara continue akan berdampak buruk bagi pola perilaku anak dalam keseharian anak.Pengasuhan yang tepat dari orangtua sangatlah penting diberikan kepada anak,karena anak masih terlalu muda dan belum memiliki pengalaman untuk membimbing perkembangannya sendiri kearah kematangan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan pola asuh orang tua dengan ketergantungan penggunaan gadget pada anak usia prasekolah di TK Taman Buah 1&2 Kabupaten Tangerang Metode Penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional yang menggunakan data primer (kuesioner) Populasi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu orang tua yang mempunyai anak usia prasekolah di TK Taman Buah 1& 2 Kabupaten Tangerang dengan sampel sebanyak 82 responden yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner yang telah valid dan reliabel analisa data secara univariat dan bivariate menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil dari 82 anak prasekolah sebagian besar mengalami ketergantungan gadget sebanyak responden 51 ( 62,2% ) Terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh dengan ketergantungan penggunaan gadget pada anak usia prasekolah.

The reliance on validated and reliable questionnaires for primary data collection, coupled with univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, reflects sound research practices for this type of quantitative inquiry. The clear objective to determine the relationship between parental knowledge of parenting styles and gadget dependency is well-articulated, and the study successfully concludes that such a relationship exists. While the study offers valuable insights, the abstract could benefit from a slightly clearer elucidation on the specific "parenting styles" assessed and how "gadget addiction" was operationalized and measured within the questionnaire, even if briefly. Furthermore, a minor discrepancy between the stated objective ("tingkat pengetahuan pola asuh orang tua" - level of parental knowledge about parenting styles) and the stated finding ("pola asuh" - parenting styles) could be clarified for precision. Despite these minor points, the research makes a significant contribution by highlighting the pervasive nature of gadget dependency in preschoolers and underscoring the crucial role of parental influence. The findings provide a robust basis for developing targeted parental education programs and interventions aimed at promoting healthy technology habits in young children.
