Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji relevansi konsep qada dan qadar serta ajaran kesabaran dalam Al-Qur'an sebagai respons terhadap tantangan psikologis kontemporer, melalui lensa hermeneutika humanistik. Pendekatan ini menekankan pemahaman kontekstual dan subjektivitas teks keagamaan. Dengan menganalisis ayat-ayat dalam Al-Qur'an, studi ini berargumen bahwa Al-Qur'an menawarkan kerangka kerja komprehensif bagi individu untuk mengelola stres dan meningkatkan ketahanan mental. Analisis menyoroti keselarasan konsep dikotomi kendali pada filsafat stoikisme dalam Islam dalam al-Qur’an (QS al-Ra’d: 11), di mana manusia didorong berikhtiar atas hal yang terkendali, sembari bertawakal pada hasil di luar kendali.
