Abstract

Diabetes gestasional adalah kondisi dimana terjadi intoleransi kadar gula darah selama kehamilan. Hipertensi gestasional adalah hipertensi yang ditemukan pertama kali pada masa kehamilan terutama ketika usia kehamilan tersebut mencapai 20 minggu atau lebih. Dilaporkan satu kasus wanita hamil yang mengelamai diabetes gestasional disertai hipertensi gestasional. Pengobatan secara komprehensif telah dilakukan dengan pemberian obat untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah dan tekanan darah pasien. Pasien mengalami persalinan sebelum usia kehamilan dikatakan cukup atau lahir prematur.
