AbstrakUntuk memaksimalkan produksi batubara pada unit alat angkut perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penggunaan waktunya.Salah satu waktu yang menjadi masalah pada alat angkut adalah waktu hambatan. Waktu hambatan yang terjadi pada alatangkut adalah banyak waktu ready yang terbuang akibat banyak waktu standby. Waktu standby yang terjadi adalah pada saatpergantian shift. Pergantian waktu shift pada unit alat angkut dt double trailer mercy actros 4054 SDT 60 dan scania r580 SST 67 melebihi waktu terjadwal yang ditetapakan PT BUMA jobsite Lati.Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi penyebab overtime waktu pergantian shift. Setelah melakukan evaluasi rata-rata overtime dari waktu pergantian shift unit dt double trailer mercy actros 5054 dan scania r580 adalah 38 jam/bulan yang seharusnya 30 jam/bulan.
