EKSISTENSI DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGAWASAN OMBUDSMAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA PERWAKILAN NUSA TENGGARA BARAT DALAM BIDANG PERTANAHAN

Introduction

Eksistensi dan efektivitas pengawasan ombudsman republik indonesia perwakilan nusa tenggara barat dalam bidang pertanahan. Analisis efektivitas pengawasan Ombudsman RI Perwakilan NTB dalam masalah pertanahan, khususnya program PTSL. Meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas meski ada tantangan sumber daya dan geografis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengawasan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Perwakilan Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) dalam menangani permasalahan pertanahan, khususnya dalam program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL). Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan Ombudsman NTB semakin efektif seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah laporan masyarakat terkait sengketa pertanahan. Faktor-faktor pendukung utama termasuk kerangka hukum yang kuat, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, serta kerja sama yang baik dengan instansi terkait seperti Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN). Namun, terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kendala teknis pada aplikasi laporan, serta masalah geografis yang menghambat pengawasan di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan, Ombudsman NTB berhasil meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan pertanahan melalui pengawasan yang lebih baik.
