Introduction

Depoimento especial e atuação de psicólogos. Estudo do Depoimento Especial (DE) e psicólogos com crianças vítimas de violência. Analisa prós e contras do DE e da atuação profissional, buscando aprimorar métodos protetivos e o campo.

Abstract

O Depoimento Especial (DE) é o procedimento nacional de oitiva de crianças e adolescentes vítimas ou testemunhas de violência, no qual atuam, entre outros profissionais, os/as psicólogos/as. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa de literatura visando analisar argumentos favoráveis e desfavoráveis ao DE e à participação de psicólogos/as, sendo selecionados 19 artigos advindos de duas bases de dados. Optou-se pela utilização exclusiva de artigos, diante do entendimento de que tais publicações se constituem como as mais confiáveis em termos de conhecimento científico devido ao escrutínio ao qual são submetidas. Verificou-se que os argumentos são apresentados sob pontos de vista diferentes, muitas vezes paradoxais, como o fato de o DE ser visto ora como protetivo, ora como não protetivo; ora como direito da criança, ora como obrigação de depor. Enquanto alguns artigos pontuam que a atuação no DE não é função do/a psicólogo/a, outros enfatizam que, por deter certos conhecimentos e técnicas, esse/a é um/a dos/as profissionais mais indicados/as para a atuação. Conclui-se que o debate deve servir para o aperfeiçoamento dos métodos protetivos de coleta de depoimento, bem como para o desenvolvimento dessa área.
