This paper presents an analysis of the income and Break-Even Point (BEP) for Fiqa Hydrofarm, a hydroponic lettuce business in Sigi Regency, specifically examining the financial impact of its partnership with PT Nina Agro Jaya. The study's objective is clearly stated: to quantify the changes in the farm's financial performance after the collaboration. Utilizing a purposive sampling approach, the research applied both descriptive and quantitative analytical methods to evaluate the selected enterprise. The focus on a real-world agricultural operation, particularly in the growing hydroponic sector, provides practical relevance to its findings. The core findings indicate a significant positive financial outcome following the partnership. Fiqa Hydrofarm witnessed a substantial increase in income, nearly doubling from Rp 1,182,251 in July-August 2022 (pre-partnership) to Rp 2,529,751 in the same period of 2023 (post-partnership). This represents a remarkable income boost of Rp 1,221,500 over two production cycles. Concurrently, the BEP analysis shows a critical improvement in profitability: while the BEP Volume increased from 19 Kg to 42 Kg (with another pre-partnership figure of 83 Kg also mentioned), the BEP Price significantly decreased from Rp 14,517 (and Rp 14,243) to Rp 9,926. This demonstrates that the partnership has made the business more robust, allowing it to cover costs at a lower selling price per unit, thus confirming its viability and profitability. While the study offers valuable practical insights into the benefits of strategic partnerships for small-scale hydroponic farms, certain aspects could enhance its academic rigor and generalizability. The abstract could benefit from clarifying the exact nature and terms of the partnership with PT Nina Agro Jaya, as this is the primary driver of the observed financial changes. Furthermore, the BEP volume data presented for the pre-partnership period appears inconsistent (19 Kg vs. 83 Kg in August 2022), which requires clarification. The limited scope to a single farm and a relatively short comparison period (two specific two-month windows) might restrict the generalizability of the findings and the ability to capture seasonal variations or long-term trends. Future research could broaden the study to include more farms, analyze a longer time series, and explore the specific mechanisms through which such partnerships translate into financial success, alongside non-financial benefits or challenges faced by such ventures.
