Abstract

This study analyzes the Influence of the QRIS payment system on entrepreneurial satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the QRIS payment system on the satisfaction levels of entrepreneurs. This research is categorized as quantitative research and uses data obtained directly from primary sources. MSMEs managed in Makassar City constitute the population studied in this research. Using the Lemeshow Formula, 97 MSMEs respond to the research sample. In this study, data was collected through questionnaires, and subsequently processed using SPPS software. The two variables studied are the QRIS Payment System (as the independent variable symbolized X), and Entrepreneurial Satisfaction (as the dependent variable symbolized Y). Based on the results of the data analysis test that was obtained, it is proven that the QRIS Payment System has a significant impact on entrepreneurial satisfaction.

Review

This manuscript addresses a highly relevant and contemporary topic by investigating the influence of the QRIS payment system on entrepreneurial satisfaction within MSMEs in Makassar. The study's clear objective to evaluate this impact is well-defined and holds considerable practical significance, particularly in the context of digital transformation in emerging markets. By focusing on MSMEs, a vital component of the local economy, the research offers insights into how financial technology adoption translates into tangible benefits for business owners, providing a focused perspective using a quantitative approach. Methodologically, the abstract indicates a sound quantitative design. The identification of MSMEs in Makassar City as the study's population and the application of the Lemeshow Formula to determine a sample size of 97 respondents demonstrate an adherence to statistical principles for sample selection. The use of questionnaires for primary data collection and subsequent analysis using SPSS software are appropriate and standard practices for this type of research. While the abstract clearly defines the independent (QRIS Payment System) and dependent (Entrepreneurial Satisfaction) variables, the full paper should elaborate on the specific dimensions or constructs used to measure "entrepreneurial satisfaction" and the nature of the "significant impact" observed, such as the strength of the relationship. The core finding, asserting that the QRIS Payment System significantly impacts entrepreneurial satisfaction, is a valuable contribution to the literature on FinTech adoption and small business development. This result not only validates the perceived benefits of digital payment solutions but also provides empirical evidence that can encourage broader adoption among MSMEs and inform targeted policy interventions in Makassar and similar urban settings. To further strengthen this research, the complete study should delve into the specific mechanisms through which QRIS fosters satisfaction (e.g., operational efficiency, security, expanded customer base) and discuss the implications for financial service providers and policymakers in promoting a supportive ecosystem for digital payment integration.
