Abstract

Manajemen konstruksi adalah disiplin yang melibatkan perencanaan, koordinasi, dan pengawasan proyek konstruksi dari awal hingga selesai, dengan tujuan memastikan proyek selesai sesuai anggaran, waktu, dan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan peluang dalam manajemen konstruksi bangunan. Melalui studi literatur dan pendekatan naratif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa teknologi digital, seperti Building Information Modeling (BIM) dan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI), memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas di industri ini. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi termasuk pembengkakan biaya dan keterlambatan, yang dapat diatasi dengan manajemen risiko yang efektif, adopsi teknologi canggih, serta peningkatan kolaborasi dan keterampilan tenaga kerja. Penerapan strategi-strategi ini diharapkan dapat mendorong inovasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi sektor konstruksi secara keseluruhan, yang akan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan di masa depan.
