Abstract

BNPT dimaksudkan pada upaya membangun sistem perlindungan (keberdayaan pangan) sosial kepada masyarakat miskin. Dengan hadirnya program ini, membantu masyarakatmiskin yang rawan pangan, agar mendapatkan bahan pangan untuk kebutuhanrumah tangga. Untuk merekomendasikan penerima bantuan sosial tentunya perlu dataterkait pendapatan harian atau pendapatan bulanan para calon penerima. Hal tersebut diperlukan untuk meminimalisir kurang tepatnya sasaran para penerima bantuan sosial dan mencegah terjadinya kesenjangan dan kecemburuan sosial. Dari berbagai metode yang ada dan dapat digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan, pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dapat diartikan sebagai metode penjumlahan sederhana atau pembobotan sederhana dalam menyelesaikan masalah dari sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Dengan kata lain, metode ini akan mencari rating kinerja (skala prioritas) pada setiap alternatif di semua atribut. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan perbaikan pada kriteria penerima manfaat, peningkatan transparansi dalam proses verifikasi, penguatan sosialisasi dan edukasi, serta peningkatan kapasitas petugas. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, seperti yang diusulkan dalam pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan ketepatan sasaran dan efisiensi penyaluran bantuan.

While the abstract sufficiently introduces the methodology, a more detailed discussion on the specific criteria considered, their assigned weights, and the practical aspects of data collection and integration would further strengthen the paper. Overall, this research presents a valuable contribution to improving social aid programs through technology, offering a practical framework for more equitable and effective resource allocation.
