Abstract

Lo studio propone un’analisi comparata tra le tendenze narrative della «Letteratura italiana circostante», così come descritte da Simonetti nel volume omonimo del 2018, e quelle della letteratura translingue italiana. L’obiettivo è riflettere sui modi in cui la letteratura italiana dà voce allo sguardo straniero, esplorando i confini tra fiction e non-fiction, e quindi lo stretto rapporto con la realtà o viceversa l'illusione della realtà. Saranno utilizzati tre casi di studio: Fabio Geda, Nel mare ci sono i coccodrilli; Giuseppe Catozzella, Non dirmi che hai paura; e La ragazza con la Leica di Helena Janeczek. L’obiettivo è analizzare, caso per caso, come gli autori costruiscono narrativamente l’«effetto di realtà», se e attraverso quali scelte queste narrazioni possano essere definite transculturali, e come l’approccio transculturale debba essere inteso in ciascuno dei romanzi.
