Abstract

Website informasi dan promosi wisata Kota Palembang dirancang sebagai platform interaktif yang bertujuan untuk menyajikan informasi lengkap mengenai destinasi wisata, budaya lokal, kuliner khas, dan berbagai acara kepada wisatawan secara praktis dan menarik. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile–Extreme Programming, yaitu pendekatan gabungan dari metode Extreme Programming (XP) dan Agile Development yang menekankan pada pengembangan iteratif, kolaboratif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan melalui Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), flowchart, dan desain sistem umum guna memastikan kejelasan alur dan efisiensi fungsional. Fitur utama dalam website ini meliputi sistem login dan pendaftaran pengguna, beranda yang menyediakan akses cepat ke konten wisata, serta menu kontak untuk memudahkan komunikasi langsung dengan pengelola. Website ini juga didukung oleh konten multimedia, fitur pencarian lokasi wisata, serta integrasi media sosial yang memperluas jangkauan promosi dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna secara menyeluruh.
