Industri skincare di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan pesat seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya wanita, terhadap perawatan kulit. Namun, konsumen sering menghadapi kesulitan dalam memilih produk yang sesuai karena banyaknya variasi yang tersedia di pasaran. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya ketersediaan informasi produk yang jelas, lengkap, dan mudah diakses untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Lyodaskin sebagai salah satu merek skincare lokal menghadapi tantangan dalam penyampaian informasi produk yang masih terbatas melalui media sosial dan penjualan offline, sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi dalam strategi promosi dan penyebaran informasi. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem ekatalog berbasis website menggunakan framework Scrum pada studi kasus Lyodaskin Lumajang. Website dipilih karena bersifat dinamis, interaktif, responsif, mudah diakses dan diperbarui. Terdapat tahapan framework Scrum yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective dan Finished Work. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa web e-katalog mampu mempermudah konsumen memperoleh informasi produk cukup detail, meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen, memperluas media promosi, mendukung efisiensi operasional, digitalisasi pengelolaan data dan percepatan administrasi. Penerapan e-katalog dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan efektivitas internal Lyodaskin Lumajang.

While the abstract effectively communicates the project's scope and promising outcomes, a complete research paper would significantly benefit from a more rigorous presentation of empirical evidence. Future iterations or a full manuscript should elaborate on the specific metrics used to quantify "increased interaction," "expanded promotional media," or "improved service quality." Detailed insights into the user testing methodology, concrete feedback from consumers, and measurable data regarding website traffic, adoption rates, or operational time savings would substantially strengthen the claims.
