AbstrakTransformasi digital dalam bidang kesehatan telah menghadirkan berbagai inovasi dalam layanan medis, termasuk telemedicine, aplikasi kesehatan digital, serta penggunaan media sosial untuk promosi dan edukasi kesehatan. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami manfaat teknologi ini dan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital kesehatan masyarakat melalui edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi kesehatan dan media sosial dalam meningkatkan akses layanan medis. Metode yang digunakan adalah Community-Based Research (CBR) dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung dalam pelaksanaan program. Edukasi dilakukan melalui sesi pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan digital, konsultasi telemedicine, serta strategi pencarian informasi kesehatan yang valid di media sosial. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai layanan kesehatan digital. Sebelum edukasi, hanya 60% peserta yang mengenal layanan telemedicine, dan setelah edukasi meningkat menjadi 92%. Selain itu, pemahaman tentang aplikasi kesehatan digital meningkat dari 68% menjadi 84%, dan minat menggunakan layanan kesehatan berbasis digital naik dari 64% menjadi 80%. Uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi (p-value 0,007 < 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi kesehatan digital dapat meningkatkan literasi digital masyarakat serta mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan.
