Perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi pada unit pelayanan akademik kampus dengan menggunakan framework togaf. Rancang arsitektur TI untuk pelayanan akademik kampus menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Optimalkan integrasi, standarisasi, dan pengelolaan sistem informasi akademik yang adaptif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mengoptimalkan sistem informasi guna mendukung pelayanan akademik yang efektif dan efisien. Namun, banyak kampus masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam integrasi, standarisasi, dan pengelolaan sistem informasi akademik yang kompleks dan terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur teknologi informasi pada unit pelayanan akademik kampus dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah ADM (Architecture Development Method) yang mencakup tahapan-tahapan dari Preliminary Phase hingga Architecture Change Management. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan arsitektur bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan institusi serta mendukung integrasi layanan akademik secara menyeluruh khususnya pada STMIK Al-Muslim Bekasi. Selain itu, disusun juga strategi implementasi dan manajemen perubahan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan sistem yang dirancang agar tetap relevan dalam jangka panjang. Rancangan ini diharapkan menjadi landasan dalam pembangunan sistem informasi akademik yang adaptif, terstandarisasi, dan selaras dengan arah strategis kampus
