Introduction

Peran mahasiswa dalam mencegah sengketa dalam proses pemilihan umum di kabupaten biak numfor. Mahasiswa Biak Numfor berperan vital cegah sengketa Pemilu. Tangani daftar pemilih tak akurat, masalah logistik, politik uang, intimidasi, dan rendahnya kepercayaan publik demi pemilu yang adil.

Abstract

Daftar pemilih tetap yang tidak akurat, adalah salah satu sebab dari ketidaksetaraan dalam hak pilih warga, hal tersebut merupakan salah satu masalah utama dalam pemilu. Logistik yang tidak akurat, baik secara jenis maupun jumlah, dapat mengganggu proses pemilu dan mengganggu proses demokrasi. Proses pemungutan suara dan penghitungan hasil dapat terganggu jika distribusi logistik yang terlambat dan salah sasaran dilakukan. Akurasi sistem informasi, kecukupan anggaran, proses pencairan anggaran, dan ketidakmampuan badan ad hoc untuk mengawasi proses pemilu adalah masalah teknis lainnya. Selain masalah teknis, ada masalah non-teknis seperti partisipasi pemilih yang rendah, politik uang, intimidasi, kekerasan, kriminalisasi penyelenggara pemilu, dan rendahnya kepercayaan publik. Semua masalah ini memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk memastikan pemilu berlangsung dengan benar. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pencegahan sengketa dalam proses pemilihan di Bawaslu Kabupaten Biak Numfor, akademisi (mahasiswa) harus menjelaskan bagaimana proses pengakuan dan penanganan konflik tersebut dilakukan.
