Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Insentif dan Pengawasan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Perdana Sawit Sukses di Kampar. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Sekolah No. 88 KM 17,5 Desa Rimbo Panjang, Kecamatan Tambang, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 60 orang responden dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini Insentif berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Perdana Sawit Sukses di Kampar, dan Pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Perdana Sawit Sukses di Kampar. Insentif dan Pengawasan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Perdana Sawit Sukses di Kampar. Kontribusi variabel Insentif dan Pengawasan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Perdana Sawit Sukses di Kampar sebesar 59,9%.
