This paper proposes a timely and relevant exploration into the critical domains of decision-making and organizational management, viewed through the unique and profound lens of the Al-Qur’an and Hadith. By addressing the inherent complexities of decision-making, particularly as the number of alternatives increases, the research underscores its significant impact on organizational sustainability. The abstract effectively sets the stage by outlining core management functions such as planning, organizing, controlling, directing, and supervising, aiming to achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively. This integration of classical management principles with Islamic teachings offers a valuable perspective, potentially enriching the discourse on ethical and holistic organizational governance. The methodology employed is a descriptive literature study, which systematically synthesizes information from a variety of sources, including books, journals, and prior research. This approach is appropriate for establishing a foundational understanding and drawing connections between established management theories and Islamic scripture. A particular strength highlighted is the focus on specific verses, such as those from Surah Ash Shaff, to illustrate the importance of collaboration and organizational structure in achieving collective objectives. The stated emphasis on integrating Islamic organizational management with general management principles is a particularly intriguing aspect, promising to bridge theoretical divides and offer practical applications for organizations striving for robust and ethically-guided operational frameworks. Overall, this research promises to make a significant contribution to both Islamic management studies and general management literature. By systematically outlining the steps of organizational management from an Islamic perspective and actively seeking to integrate these with conventional management models, the paper stands to offer a refreshing and comprehensive framework. It has the potential to guide leaders and practitioners in developing decision-making processes and organizational structures that are not only efficient and effective but also align with profound ethical and spiritual principles. This work is highly relevant for those seeking to understand and implement management practices rooted in a holistic and faith-based worldview.
