Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mencegah dan meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap potensi bahaya psikologis yang dihadapi oleh pasangan yang memilih untuk hidup tanpa anak (childfree). Melalui pendekatan sosialisasi dan pendidikan kepada masyarakat, informasi tentang risiko psikologis yang terkait dengan kehidupan childfree disampaikan secara jelas dan efektif. Dukungan dan kolaborasi dari berbagai pihak, termasuk lembaga pendidikan, organisasi masyarakat, dan media, menjadi kunci dalam kesuksesan program ini. Langkah-langkah preventif, seperti penyediaan dukungan psikologis dan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap kesehatan mental, diusulkan untuk mengurangi risiko psikologis yang mungkin timbul. Diharapkan bahwa melalui upaya ini, masyarakat dapat menjadi lebih inklusif dan mendukung terhadap pasangan childfree, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang berdaya bagi individu untuk membuat pilihan hidup yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai mereka sambil memperhatikan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka.
