Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa komunikasi politik antar lembaga pemerintah dalam penanganan kode etik pilpres 2024 oleh Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP). DKPP sebagai salah satu lembaga Penyelenggara pemilu memiliki tugas menangani permasalahan kode etik para penyelenggara pemilihan umum. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif agar memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendalami aspek-aspek sosial, budaya dan konteks tempat kejadian. Pada pilpres 2024 terjadinya pelanggaran, yang mana DKPP memustuskan KPU telah melanggar kode etik terkait tinjak lanjut atas putusan MK tentang batas usia calon presiden dan wakil presiden yang tidak sesuai dengan tata Kelola administasi tahapan pemilu. DKPP, KPU, dan Bawaslu memastikan bahwa setiap kasus pelanggaran kode etik diproses secara terbuka, dengan memberikan informasi yang jelas kepada publik tentang tahapan penyelesaian kasus. DKPP aktif melakukan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya kode etik kepada penyelenggara pemilu di seluruh tingkatan, baik melalui pelatihan, seminar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman terkait etika penyelenggaraan pemilu, sehingga pelanggaran dapat dicegah sejak awal.
