Introduction

Pembuatan bio-pestisida dari kulit bawang sebagai produk unggulan kelurahan urangagung. KKN Urangagung menciptakan bio-pestisida inovatif dari kulit bawang untuk atasi hama pertanian. Produk unggulan ini bantu petani Sidoarjo, didukung desain logo persuasif.

Abstract

KKN sebagai salah satu program yang dilakukan kepada masyarkat sebagai bentuk pengabdian untuk belajar bersama masyarakat, mengidentifikasi potensi, dan menangani suatu masalah di lingkungan sosial. Kelurahan Urangagung, Kecamatan Sidoarjo, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai lokasi pelaksanaan KKN dengan adanya potensi yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah inovasi seperti bio-pestisida dari campuran limbah kulit bawang. Bio-pestisida ini membantu para petani Kelurahan Urangagung untuk mengatasi permasalah hama. Dalam produk hasil KKN dilakukan perancangan logo sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan produk KKN. Penggunaan logo sebagai salah satu sarana komunikasi dalam menyampaikan identitas produk, yang nantinya dapat memberikan persepsi masyarakat terhadap produk bio-pestisida. Pada keseluruhan elemen logo produk merepresentasikan keseluruhan produk mulai dari bahan hingga cara penggunaannya. Desain logo dapat menjadi suatu hal yang bersifat persuasif sehingga dapat meyakinkan dan mempengaruhi. Logo dalam produk bio-pestisida mampu menarik masyarakat untuk mengetahui produk lebih lanjut
