Media pembelajaran berbasis media digital “Setara Daring” dapat memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan dalam pembelajaran karena kelonggaran waktu dan lokasi yang diberikan. Upaya ini untuk mengatasi pembelajaran yang monoton atau membosankan agar lebih menarik bagi peserta didik dan lebih fleksibel. Selain itu bagi peserta didik khususnya pada peserta didik kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Bekasi yang sebagian besar memiliki aktivitas lain seperti bekerja, tetap dapat mengikuti pembelajaran sesuai dengan waktu luang masing-masing. Sehingga pembelajaran akan tetap berjalan meskipun tanpa kehadiran tutor secara nyata dan bahan ajar pun dapat didapatkan kapanpun dan dari manapun sehingga besar kemungkinan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital “Setara Daring” pada program kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis digital "Setara Daring" pada program kesetaraan Paket C di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Bekasi memiliki banyak faktor pendukung yang signifikan, termasuk aksesibilitas, peningkatan kemampuan kognitif, efektivitas biaya, peningkatan keterampilan dasar komputer, dan pembelajaran yang dapat dipersonalisasi. Namun, terdapat juga beberapa faktor penghambat seperti miskomunikasi, kurangnya interaksi sosial, distraksi, keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi, dan masalah teknis. Dukungan berkelanjutan dari pengelola dan tutor sangat penting untuk mengatasi hambatan ini dan memastikan keberhasilan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis digital Setara Daring pada program kesetaraan paket C di SPNF SKB Kabupaten Bekasi.Kata kunci : Pemanfaatan, Setara Daring, Program Kesetaraan

The research addresses a critical need in non-formal education, where learners often balance their studies with other commitments like work, necessitating flexible and engaging learning solutions. The authors aim to combat traditional monotonous learning by leveraging digital tools, thereby enhancing accessibility and potentially boosting student interest and participation. The central objective of this study is to comprehensively describe the implementation of "Setara Daring," identifying both the factors that support its use and those that impede its effective integration into the curriculum. Methodologically, the study employs a descriptive case study approach, utilizing qualitative data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. This robust methodology allows for an in-depth understanding of the practical application of "Setara Daring." The findings reveal a compelling set of both positive and negative influences. Significant supporting factors identified include improved accessibility, enhancements in cognitive abilities, cost-effectiveness, the development of basic computer skills among learners, and the opportunity for personalized learning pathways. However, the research also highlights several critical inhibiting factors such as miscommunication, a perceived lack of social interaction, potential distractions, limited technological proficiency among some participants, and various technical issues. The insights generated by this research are highly valuable for educational practitioners and policymakers in the realm of non-formal education, particularly those exploring or implementing digital learning platforms. The detailed exposition of both facilitators and impediments provides a practical roadmap for optimizing similar initiatives and addressing potential challenges proactively. The study’s emphasis on the indispensable role of continuous support from program management and tutors underscores that technological solutions alone are insufficient; human intervention and strategic support systems are paramount for overcoming obstacles and ensuring the sustained success of digital learning environments like "Setara Daring."
