Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) wujud pelecehan seksual yang terekspresi dalam kumpulan cerpen Mereka Bilang Saya Monyet, dan Jangan Main-Main (dengan Kelaminmu) karya Djenar Maesa Ayu, (2) hal yang melatarbelakangi timbulnya pelecehan seksual dalam kumpulan cerita pendek Mereka Bilang Saya Monyet dan Jangan Main-Main (dengan Kelaminmu) karya Djenar Maesa Ayu. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu dua kumpulan cerpen karya Djenar Maesa Ayu. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan wujud pelecehan seksual dan latar belakang pelecehan seksual yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerpen karya Djenar Maesa Ayu tersebut. Penelitian tentang pelecehan seksual ini dikaji secara psikologi sastra. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara, (1) membaca secara cermat kumpulan cerita pendek yang menjadi sumber data, (2) memahami bagian-bagian kumpulan cerita pendek yang mengandung pelecehan seksual, (3) mengkasifikasikan data yang diperoleh, dan (4) membuat deskripsi dari data yang diperoleh. Instrumen yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah logika peneliti, interpretasi peneliti, dan lembar catatan data. Data analisis didapat dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini mencakup dua hal yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.
