Introduction

Optimalisasi optimalisasi sumber daya lokal untuk pengembangan potensi di wilayah pondok benowo indah, kota surabaya, jawa timur. Optimalkan sumber daya lokal Pondok Benowo Indah, Surabaya untuk pengembangan potensi ekonomi masyarakat. Pelatihan KKN UPNVJT tingkatkan efektivitas bisnis dan penghasilan warga.

Abstract

Salah satu keunggulan yang ada pada masyarakat Komplek Perumahan Pondok Benowo Indah, Kota Surabaya yaitu memiliki kemampuan sosial yang baik. Dengan lahan dan sumber daya lokal yang ada, warga sekitar melakukan kegiatan aktif seperti posyandu dan kerja bakti, serta memanfaatkannya untuk mencari penghasilan tambahan dengan berkebun dan menanam tanaman sehat, memproduksi pupuk kompos dan pestisida nabati. Kegiatan tersebut ditujukan khususnya untuk ibu-ibu yang awalnya tidak memiliki pekerjaan atau kesibukan. Kelompok Tani Barokah yang didirikan mampu membuat perekonomian warga Pondok Benowo Indah menjadi meningkat sehingga dapat menghasilkan pundi-pundi rupiah dari hasil panen tanaman dan daur ulang sampah kering. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, masalah yang dihadapi Komplek Pondok Benowo Indah, terkait kurangnya efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengolahan sumber daya lokal. Dalam rangka mengatasi masalah ini, kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh kelompok 9 KKN UPNVJT dapat menjadi langkah awal yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk mengenalkan masyarakat terhadap potensi bisnis yang ada. Dengan tenaga dan pemikiran mahasiswa KKN diharapkan dapat mendorong peluang usaha dan potensi bisnis yang dapat bermanfaat bagi daerah tersebut
