Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar como se realiza a adaptação do romance Órfãos do Eldorado para a narrativa fílmica homônima com foco na construção da memória e a relevância desse aspecto nos textos em questão. A obra foi escrita pelo autor amazonense Milton Hatoum e adaptada para o cinema no ano de 2015, sob a direção de Guilherme Coelho.
