Membentuk generasi pemimpin dengan membangun budaya anti-bullying di smp negeri 1 boja kabupaten kendal. Ciptakan generasi pemimpin berbudaya anti-bullying di SMPN 1 Boja Kendal. Wujudkan lingkungan sekolah aman, inklusif, dan bebas bullying melalui edukasi & kesadaran siswa.

Abstract

Munculnya peristiwa bullying di sekolah menimbulkan keprihatinan yang mendalam dari berbagai pihak. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan pendekatan holistik pelibatan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman anti-bullying kepada peserta sehingga tercipta lingkungan sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas dari tindakan bullying serta meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik tentang dampak negatif bullying. Metode kegiata melalui edukasi dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu penyampaian materi, diskusi tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Pemilihan metode dipilih karena disesuaikan dengan karakteristik perkembangan sosial dan emotional peserta didik. Hasil kegatan menunjukkan terdapat kontribusi positif terkait peningkatan kesadaran peserta didik serta pembentukan sikap anti bullying yang ditunjukkan dari hasil refleksi di akhir kegiatan. Selama kegiatan peserta terlihat antusias dan aktif terlibat dalam aktivitas pengabdian mulai pemaparan materi hingga merespons simulasi situasi bullying. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan refleksi, di mana siswa diajak merenungkan peran mereka dalam membangun budaya anti-bullying di sekolah, dengan hasil yang mendapat respons positif.
