Introduction

Manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan guru smk tirta kencana. Penelitian kualitatif ini menganalisis peran kepala sekolah MTs Samilul Huda dalam manajemen kurikulum. Fokus pada perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran demi mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the school principal in managing the curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Samilul Huda, Mlaten Village, Mijen District, Demak Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is a case study (case study) which aims to photograph events, facts, data, and incidents regarding the management of the curriculum in the school. The data source of the research is the principal askey informan (main source) and all MTs Samailul Huda teachers. As for the technique and procedure of data collection, it is done through in-depth interviews (in depth interview), observations or observations of researchers in activities in the field, and analysis of documents related to the object of this research. The results of the study can be concluded that there are three roles that are quite effective for the principal in managing the curriculum (1) planning consisting of technical and teacher understanding, (2) implementing the curriculum in class learning (3) and evaluating learning outcomes and class learning.

The identification of the principal as the key informant and all teachers as data sources is appropriate for a case study design exploring curriculum management. The abstract also provides a concise summary of the findings, outlining three effective roles of the principal in curriculum management: planning, implementation, and evaluation. While these findings seem logical within the abstract's stated scope, the clarity and brevity of the abstract are overshadowed by the egregious discrepancy with the title. Given the profound and irreconcilable difference between the title and abstract, this manuscript, in its current form, cannot be considered for publication. The author must urgently address this core issue by either: (1) revising the title to accurately reflect the study described in the abstract (e.g., focusing on principal's role in curriculum management at MTs Samilul Huda), or (2) completely rewriting the abstract to align with the Human Resource Management theme in the vocational high school as suggested by the original title. Until this fundamental discrepancy is resolved, the paper lacks a clear identity and purpose, making a meaningful review or evaluation impossible.
