Esta posibilidad conlleva un importante problema a la hora de poder identificar la existencia de una prueba falsa en un procedimiento judicial en la orden social donde la prueba se práctica en la vista del juicio y muchas veces el profesional que asiste a la parte no puede conocer si el documento o archivo es real o no.
