Abstrak Penambangan batugamping didaerah Bukit Sawangan timur Ajibarang, merupakan salah satu kegiatan penambangan batugamping milik PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari. Kegiatan penambangan dilakukan dengan sistem tambang terbuka. Seluruh kegiatannya mu1ai dari pembongkaran, pemuatan, dan pengangkutan dilakukan dengan peralatan mekanis. Agar batugamping yang ditambang memenuhi syarat ukuran produk yang diinginkan, maka di1akukan operasi pengecilan ukuran, alat peremuk yang dipakai oleh PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari adalah Hammer Crusher, dengan kapasitas 1.000 ton/ jam.Dari hasil pengamatan terhadap Crusher 211HC1 batugamping, produksi nyata crusher batugamping saat ini sebesar 699,01 ton/jam, Efective Utilization (Effesiensi kerja) sebesar 56,32 % dari waktu kerja yang tersedia 16 jam / hari dengan hasil produksi adalah 6.297 ton/hari atau 393,56 ton/jam. Sehingga sasaran produksi sebesar 7.419 ton / hari atau 464 ton/jam belum dapat tercapai. Untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi batugamping, dapat dilakukan usaha perbaikan terhadap hambatan yang terjadi selama ini. Waktu hambatan tersebut sebesar 6,99 jam/hari berkurang menjadi 4,77 jam/hari sehingga Efective Utilization dari 56,32 % meningkat menjadi 70,19 % dan produksi juga meningkat dari 6.297 ton/ hari atau 393,56 ton/jam menjadi 7.901 ton / hari atau 494 ton/jam.Kata-kata kunci : Hammer Crusher, efective utilization, hambatan. AbstractThe limestone mining at Sawangan timur Mountain In Ajibarang, is one of mining limestone activity which owned by PT.Sinar Tambang Arthalestari. Mining activity has been doing with open pit system. All of this operation is started by Ripping, Loading and Hauling that worked by the mechanic tools. The limestone has been operating, have to meet requirements with the crusher capacity, in general the reduction size must be done with the crushing plant, with Hammer Crusher and the capacity is 1.000 tons/hour. From observation Crusher 211HC1 Limestone, the actual crusher production of limestone in this time equal to 699,01 tons/hour, job efficiency is 56,32% from the time availability of 16 hour/day with the production result 6.297 tons/day or 396 tons/hour. Could more the target production is equal to 7.419 ton/day or 464 tons/hour not yet earned reached. To increase the production target of Limestone, which could be performed to improve the resistance time equal to 6,99 hour/day which maybe reduced to 4,77 hour/day and the production also can be increased from 6.297 tons/day or 393,56 tons/hour become 7.901 tons/day or 494 tons/hour.Keyword: crusher, hammer crusher, job efficiency.
