Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kelompok Bermain Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu Al Hikmah 2 Kanigoro, yang berada di Jalan Mawar RT 03 / RW 05 No. 33 Satreyan, Kanigoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran dan penjelasan yang jelas mengenai keadaan atau gejala yang diteliti. Validitas data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Tata kelola administrasi kearsipan di Kelompok Bermain Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu Al Hikmah 2 Kanigoro sudah tergolong baik, dilihat dari indikator-indikator keteraturan dan keberesan penyimpanan arsip, kecepatan dan ketepatan arsip, penemuan kembali arsip dan kondisi fisik serta keamanan arsip, sistem pemeliharaan dan pelestarian arsip, tingkat penggunaan arsip, efektifitas sistem pemindahan arsip, kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan peraturan kearsipan, ketersediaan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta tingkat kepuasan penggunaaan arsip. Dengan kondisi ini dapat menunjang perkembangan Kelompok Bermain ke arah yang lebih baik.
