Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi prototipe aplikasi presensi magang dengan metode Google Design Sprint yang terdiri dari lima fase yaitu Understand, Diverge, Decide, Prototype, dan Test. Aplikasi dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses absensi magang di PT.Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel. Pada fase Test , evaluasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS) kepada 25 responden yang terdiri dari magang dan staf administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor usability rata-rata sebesar 81,6 yang masuk dalam kategori “sangat baik” dan dinilai dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa prototipe telah memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna, serta layak untuk diimplementasikan di lingkungan profesional.
