Hubungan Stres Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pekerja di Proyek Hotel Soll Marina

Introduction

Hubungan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pekerja di proyek hotel soll marina. Penelitian ini mengungkap hubungan stres kerja dengan produktivitas pekerja di proyek Hotel Soll Marina. Stres kerja terbukti signifikan menurunkan produktivitas, terutama pada tingkat berat.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang di butuhkan oleh perusahaan karena kemajuan atau kemunduran perusahaan dapat di pengaruhioleh produktivitas kerja para pekerja. Namun rintangan yang seringkali dialamioleh para pekerja dan perusahaan untuk menjaga produktivitas kerja para pekerja yaitu stres kerja. Stres kerja adalah akibat dari setiap bagian pekerjaanyang dapat menimbulkan ketegangan atau ancaman bagi pekerja baik secarapsikologis ataupun fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengankuesioner dan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel menggunakan metodetotal sampling dengan jumlah sampel 75 responsden. Analisis dilakukanmenggunakan uji chi square α = 0,05 . Dari 75 responden pekerja di proyekhotel soll marina dalam penelitian hubungan stres kerja terhadap produktivitaskerja pekerja, dalam kategori stres ringan dari 17 pekerja, didapatkan hasilsebesar 41,2% pekerja yang mempunyai produktivitas rendah. Lalu dalamkategori stres berat dari 58 pekerja, sebesar 74,1% pekerja yang memilikiproduktivitas rendah. Dari perhitungan uji statistic Chi-Square menggunakanCrostabulation α = 0.05, di dapatkan p-value pada Continuity Correction sebesar 0,025 yang berarti p-value <0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwaterdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap produktivitaskerja pekerja di proyek hotel soll marina. Methodologically, the study employed a cross-sectional design, gathering primary data through questionnaires from 75 respondents using total sampling. The use of Chi-square analysis with an alpha level of 0.05 is appropriate for examining the association between categorical variables. The detailed breakdown of low productivity rates among workers experiencing light (41.2%) versus heavy stress (74.1%) provides compelling descriptive evidence, supporting the statistical finding of a significant relationship with a p-value of 0.025. While the direct data collection from project workers is a strength, the cross-sectional nature limits inferences regarding causality, and the study's focus on a single construction project may restrict the generalizability of these findings across the broader construction industry. The findings offer valuable, practical insights for construction project management, reinforcing the urgent need to address worker stress as a direct factor influencing productivity. The authors' recommendation for construction projects to prioritize worker well-being is well-supported by the data. For future research, it would be beneficial to explore this relationship through longitudinal studies to establish causality more definitively, investigate potential mediating or moderating factors that influence the stress-productivity link, and expand the sample to include multiple projects or different types of construction work to enhance the external validity of the conclusions. Nonetheless, this study provides a pertinent empirical contribution to the literature on occupational health and productivity within the Indonesian construction sector.
