Abstract

Kelelahan kerja adalah salah satu masalah K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) yang dapat menjadi pemicu utama terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Kelelahan kerja merupakan kondisi di mana efisiensi dan ketahanan seseorang dalam bekerja menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan teknik total sampling pada 60 pekerja kitchen di hotel Jhl Solitaire. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan pembagian kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh pekerja kitchen di Hotel Jhl Soliteire. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan lama kerja dengan kelelahan kerja, dengan hasil uji statistik Chi-square didapatkan p-value sebesar 1.000 yang berarti p-value < 0.05. terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dengan Crostabulation α = 0.05, didapatkan p-value sebesar 0.001 yang berarti p-value < 0.05. terdapat hubungan shift kerja dengan kelelahan kerja, dengan hasil uji statistic Chi-square menggunakan Crostabulation α = 0.05, didapatkan p-value sebesar 0.004. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kelelahan kerja, kecuali lama kerja.Diperlukan Hotel Jhl Solitaire membatasi jam kerja maksimal 8 jam per hari, memperhatikan beban kerja karyawan, dan rutin mengadakan pemeriksaan kesehatan untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit Kata Kunci : Kelelahan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Shift Kerja

Future research could benefit from a more detailed discussion of the descriptive findings, exploring potential mediating or moderating factors, and a more robust explanation of the "no relationship" finding for work duration.
