Penelitian ini membahas peran sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berfokus pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. SDM yang berkualitas dan berpengalaman menjadi landasan utama bagi kinerja instansi dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja diduga dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak kepemimpinan pada kinerja pegawai serta faktor motivasi dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi kinerja pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung dengan total 63 pegawai. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, temuan menegaskan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja. Hasil ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi manajemen dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan mencapai tujuan Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif, serta memberikan landasan untuk perbaikan manajerial di masa depan.
